15 great front door colour ideas to try this spring

what better way to make a statement about your style than your front door? by changing the colour of your front door you can change the whole look of your home’s exterior without breaking the budget!

spring is the perfect time to brighten things up and breathe some new life into your home’s exterior and a you can complete the entire project in a few hours over the weekend.

by making a statement with a bold colour choice you can really show off your style without going over the top and you’ll find that a less dramatic hue can work wonders for a simple home exterior. If your house is more elaborate the bolder you should go in your colour choice.

the best choice for front door paint is a gloss enamel because it’s tough and packs a punch in the style stakes. you do, however, need to ensure you prep the door perfectly, especially if you’re repainting, but these days there are enough tutorials – try the Bunnings website – to see you through the process.
