Wallpaper is trending here in Australia this week, as is a wallpaper aesthetic, as the young people like to say. I have found a number of references to this gorgeous brand, Wear the Walls and their beautifully vibrant, The Kensa Collection so I thought I’d share some of my favourite patterns and colourways to inspire your foray into hanging some wallpaper in your home.

If you’re brave and love some vibrancy, quirk and style The Kensa Collection is just what you’ve been looking for. My favourite is Bubastis in any of the colourways, with the Blush colourway being perfect for a bedroom or dressing room.

By using the animal print in a fabric for pillow or seating cushion you can add a super cool and rockstar punch or giving one of the enchanting florals in an unexpected place – like a mudroom or laundry you can be sure to find the perfect pairing for your home.

As you can see below, any of these fab patterns are a great way to bring a bold statement and punch of colour and pattern to a room, yes even one as small as the powder room, which by the way, is a great place to start if you’re unsure of using wallpaper.

If you’d love to experiment with some bold pattern or colour on your walls or just starting on some cushions, get in touch here and we can discuss the best way to dip your toe into the ocean of colour and pattern and into a new way of living!
